ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

Take a moment to review the updated Articles of Incorporation and the formal notice from our current Board of Directors. Approval of the updated Articles will also be included as part of the 2026 Member-Owner election.

So, what’s changing for Owners?

– The annual investment of $30 isn’t changing. Owners can still enjoy all the same perks and benefits as before.
–  Shares are going back to $10 each but sold 3 shares at a time.
– To be fully invested, Owners must reach the max investment threshold of $400.
– If you paid in $300 to achieve the previously stated max investment threshold, you will be prompted at the register for $30 annually until you hit $400. *the last prompt will be for $10 (1 share)
– If a refund on equity is due, you will be contacted via email.

AN OVERVIEW

The Election Process

For 2026, six Board seats are up for election, with twelve candidates on the ballot! Voting opens April 15th and runs through May 15th. Cast your vote in-store at our bright orange voting booth or online using the email linked to your Member-Ownership. Each Membership gets one ballot, and can choose up to six candidates to elect, so if you share a Membership with your partner/family/household only one of you can vote. Votes will be counted the morning of our Annual Meeting on May 16th, with results announced that same day. Save the date! Join us at 10am on Saturday, May 16th at Hay Camp Brewing to hear updates on the co-op’s growth, celebrate our successes, and catch the live election results.
